Intuit, Inc. is seeking engaged TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with customers in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while growing a local client base. The role emphasizes a hands-on, team-based approach, cross‑selling services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax and serve as the local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build relationships and deliver a best in class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
