Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, support both in-person and virtually, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while building strong local relationships. You’ll stay with clients through the process, delivering end-to-end tax services and collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Serve as a local community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, advisory).
• Deliver end-to-end tax solutions in everyday language and maintain client relationships.
• Help clients achieve financial goals and local market growth.
