Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists to deliver an end-to-end experience. This role emphasizes a strong customer focus, community outreach, and leveraging Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term, multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
