Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance while engaging with clients in person and virtually.

You will collaborate with tax specialists across business areas, expand the local client base, and provide a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, combining tax expertise with community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite role with at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and educate clients for year‑round support.
