Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You'll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for individuals and small businesses, while growing the local client base and coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit solutions, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; advertising use of name/picture.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, partnerships and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience via in-person and video tools.
