Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and close collaboration with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You'll also act as a local brand ambassador, grow the client base, lead community outreach, and ensure each client leaves with a clear path to year-round support from Intuit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clear year‑round guidance.
• Represent TurboTax as the local brand ambassador in the community.

Skills

Enrolled Agent / CPA / Attorney

PTIN holder
