Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and act as a local ambassador to grow the client base and deliver end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes in-person client meetings, collaboration with tax and advisory specialists, community outreach, and ongoing training. The schedule is on-site with hours typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at least 20 hours per

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 forms
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service
