Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, handling in-person and virtual tax meetings and delivering end-to-end tax services.

You will provide expert tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services, while growing the local customer base with community engagement. The role emphasizes staying with the client through the tax journey, handling straightforward and complex scenarios, and delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
