Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a local TurboTax site.

You’ll work in-person with individuals and small businesses, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and a trusted customer experience. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration and superior service.
• Help clients plan taxes and build long-term financial relationships.
