Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, from tax prep to planning and advisory services, while growing the local client base.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, build lasting relationships, and represent Intuit in community outreach efforts. Onsite presence and a strong customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with extensive tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willing to work onsite and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
