INTUIT, INC. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

You will work with a collaborative team to serve in-person and virtual clients, helping with personal and business taxes and connecting customers to Intuit services. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience in meetings with specialists.
