Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions in plain language. You’ll also drive local growth, build a client base, and represent the Intuit brand in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear guidance.
