Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and help clients navigate complex scenarios while growing your local client base. You will act as a trusted adviser, connecting clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and you will participate

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location (8:00–17:00, M–F, minimum 20 hours/wk).
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/picture.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Engage customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to deliver a best-in-class experience.
