Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, and you will drive local growth by building relationships and hosting community events. You will be the trusted guide for clients, linking them to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Proficient with professional tax preparation software and Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri (min 20 hrs/wk).
• Must complete required training and adhere to compliance standards.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build and grow a new client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Skills

Enrolled Agent / CPA / Attorney

PTIN active

3+ years tax prep experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Willing to upskill with training

Onsite at TurboTax location

Training & compliance readiness

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
