Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, handling a range of tax scenarios from W-2 filings to business income and extensions, while leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end support. You will also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, building relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and PTIN required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
