Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll be the local face, grow your client base, and connect customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial solutions, while maintaining a community-focused approach and top-tier service standards.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or Practicing Attorney preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
