Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and coordinating with a broader Intuit team to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll help clients with personal and business tax needs, navigate complex scenarios, and leverage Intuit resources to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development as determined by the business; training requirements may change.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path and year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
