Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, and help ensure a seamless service journey for every customer.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
