Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax situations from simple to complex, while driving local client growth and loyalty through outreach and engagement in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full service tax returns for TurboTax customers and provide tax advice.
• Analyze client situations and optimize deductions, provide amendments if needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
