Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor and growing the local client base. You will work on-site, engage in community outreach, and help clients achieve favorable financial outcomes while representing TurboTax in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20 hours per week at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns.
• Grow client base through local community outreach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and sales teams.
• Assist customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
