Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations while building your local client base and community presence.

You’ll be a trusted ambassador, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, collaborating with a team of tax professionals, and leveraging marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
