Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a community-focused role.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll expand the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Able to obtain related state licenses or permits as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns/season) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work is required.

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local locations.
• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
