Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes through hands-on tax preparation and guidance.

This role emphasizes local community engagement, building a client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Develop local client base and grow TurboTax’s presence in the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and use tools to support client outreach.
