Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver full tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and building lasting relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers navigate personal and business tax needs, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance in a friendly, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals and building lasting trust.
