Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing in-person and virtual tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a complete client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and challenges.
