Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve clients at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and leverage TurboTax marketing and software tools to drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; training requirements may change.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilités

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and manage outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver year-round support across Intuit ecosystem.
• Provide excellent customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
