Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, give tax advice, and assist with software support, while engaging the community and growing your client base.

The role emphasizes on-site work, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language. A proactive, customer-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays-Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients.
