Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service location as Tax Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and connect customers with a full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

You’ll build a local client base, contribute to community events, and ensure a premium customer experience with on-site and virtual support. This role requires on-site presence in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in on-site meetings and virtual client interactions.
