Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, complete returns, and offer guidance to clients across personal and business taxes.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists, grow the local client base through outreach, and help customers navigate our full Intuit ecosystem. This role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and delivering a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA or attorney credentials and tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 1040 returns (federal/state).
• Willing to upskill into other service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Help grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team support.
