Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists for a full-service experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid Federal/State 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and seamless use of Intuit tools and resources.
