Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, grow the local client base, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite presence 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• willingness to complete all required training and development as determined by business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build lasting relationships and drive year-round client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and secure communications.
