Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business taxes, while engaging with the community and leveraging marketing tools to build ongoing relationships and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney credentials preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the US and work 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to complete training and comply with company requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
