Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while acting as the connector to a broader team of specialists.

You will help grow TurboTax’s local client base, cultivate relationships, and guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial guidance and services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure end-to-end service in client meetings.
