Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, providing tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists, grow the local business, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with a strong focus on community engagement and client relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite and available 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Support business and personal tax scenarios, optimize deductions and amendments; provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
