Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects nationwide. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and subs, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on site.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to learn and operate in a fast-paced construction environment; welding ability is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more of hands-on site supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to manage field changes and coordinate with subs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Welding ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and site-based senior leadership on construction projects.
• Act as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain Safety, Quality and Productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field-initiated scope changes (change orders).
• Lead safety and quality on site and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Enhance field productivity and strive to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship and training to crew; assist in recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and prepared for upcoming work.
• Coordinate with PM and HR on training and certifications as required.
