Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field construction crews on tank projects nationwide. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage quality and schedule.

Ideal candidates will have great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute to efficiency on site. Welding ability is a plus, and applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Act as primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Identify and manage field changes and change orders.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure crew compliance with safety policies.
• Ensure work is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Provide technical knowledge across welding, erection, tank repair and new tank construction.
