Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects nationwide. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across tank construction, repair and related structures.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and be willing to learn. HS diploma required; weld experience is a plus; multiple site travel may be involved.

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and senior leadership on PTS projects.
• Act as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on projects.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes.
• Lead on-site safety, quality, and training for crew.
