Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise field projects and lead crews nationwide. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of tank construction and repair work.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with welding experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field-based role.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and maintain safety standards.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as the point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity across field operations.
• Understand contract scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture on the jobsite.
• Ensure quality workmanship and minimize rework on field tasks.
• Provide craft guidance on welding, structural erection, tank work, and rigging.
