Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field operations on nationwide tank projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule adherence across phases of construction.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs, plus a valid driver’s license and US work eligibility. Welding skills are a plus.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field setting.
• Must be 18 years or older, able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background checks, driving record checks, and pre-employment drug testing may be required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity; manage scope changes.
• Ensure proper training and certifications are in place for crew.
• Mentor and evaluate field employees; assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Complete project paperwork and coordinate with PM, HR, and design teams.
