Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field operations on tank construction projects. You will supervise on-site crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple nationwide projects.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with welding experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong organizational skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced field environment.
• Welding experience is a plus and may be used on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
• Act as main contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards on site.
• Identify and manage change orders and scope adjustments with PM.
• Foster a safety culture and ensure crew compliance with training.
