Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is a nationwide tank construction company seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field crews on construction projects. You will supervise sites, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and maintain safety and quality standards across multiple projects.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS projects.
• Serve as point of contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the jobsite.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety culture and ensure proper equipment and practices.
• Assist in recruiting field workers and provide guidance and training.
