Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site construction projects nationwide. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards on tanks and related structures.

The role demands strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on completing work on time and within budget. Eligible candidates with welding experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and lead on-site operations for PTS projects.
• Serve as primary on-site contact with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project.
• Understand contract scope and manage field change orders.
• Foster a safety culture and uphold Quality standards on the jobsite.
• Coach and develop crew members; assist in recruiting field workers.
