Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is looking for a Tank Builder / Welder to support nationwide tank construction and repair projects. The role involves welding, cutting, inspection, and collaboration with a field crew across multiple sites.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; background checks and drug testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to processes.
• Excellent attendance and reliability; willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc and torch cutting, gouging, and welding tasks.
• Operate generators, compressors, tuggers, grinders, and other tools.
• Read erection and fabrication drawings and plan welding work.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety trainings.
• Collaborate with crew on tank construction and repairs.
