The Workforce Operations Coordinator coordinates recruitment, onboarding, scheduling support, credentialing, compliance monitoring, workforce reporting, and employee engagement to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with federal, state, Georgia Medicaid, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/healthcare administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare workforce operations or Medicaid-related environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (HIPAA, Medicaid, accreditation).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for clinical, direct support, administrative, and volunteer roles.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and background checks; maintain compliance records.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce coverage; monitor vacancies and staffing levels.
• Maintain credentialing and renewals, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Prepare workforce metrics and reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Promote employee engagement and effective communication across the organization.
