Job summary

Employbridge is hiring for a Staff Performance Coordinator on 2nd shift at a Georgia client site. You will support onboarding, new hire orientations, and day-to-day workforce issue resolution, coordinating with vendors and client contacts.

The role emphasizes customer service, data-driven workforce management, and adherence to safety and SLA guidelines. HS diploma or equivalent and experience in logistics/manufacturing or HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience handling client communications.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled timely and appropriately.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues.
• Participates in client safety and operations meetings and documents safety incidents.
