Job summary

RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency seeks a Workforce Development Project Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance across workforce development initiatives in the Bronx, NY. The role collaborates with clinical operations, HR, trainees, and partners to strengthen pipelines and outreach.

The position emphasizes mentorship coordination, retention activities, and public outreach to expand partnerships and lead generation for organizational services.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, HR, business, or a related field preferred.
• An Associate degree with relevant healthcare, workforce development, HR, recruitment, or program coordination experience may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare, workforce development, HR, education, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, or program coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, and computer skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and trainee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn OSOS and HR systems.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce development initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate mentorship, trainee engagement, retention activities, and OSOS reporting.
• Serve as a liaison among clinical operations, HR, trainees, educational and community partners.
• Conduct public outreach to strengthen community partnerships and promote organizational services.
