Job summary

Matrix-Behavior-Solutions,-LLC- Staffing Analysts coordinate staffing assignments for BHT, BHT-ABA, BC, MT, and BC-ABA. You track learner needs, ensure timely service coverage, and assist families and guardians with scheduling and care coordination.

The role is office-based with 1 day/week work-from-home; in-office on Mondays and Fridays. Applicants should have 3+ years of customer service, preferably in human services, and be prepared for background checks to work with children and adolescents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in human services.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
• Background checks, transcripts, and clearances required to work with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure timely staffing across multiple service lines.
• Serve as primary contact for families regarding staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.
• Manage open cases, clinician availability, assignments, and staffing needs using Central Reach and internal systems.
• Communicate with families, clinicians, supervisors, and internal departments to maintain continuity of care.
• Identify staffing solutions, including replacements, additional hours, transfers, and substitute coverage.
