Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a seasonal on-site role in Pooler, GA. The position involves acting as the first contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues, educating clients on guidelines, and coordinating resolution of workforce issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.
• HR experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to high-pressure environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges.
