Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help establish a product-led talent technology organization. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and the technical roadmap to manage the enterprise portfolio and lead Client Zero initiatives.

Partner with Demand Management and Talent leaders to translate ideas into business cases, requirements, and user stories, coordinating delivery across product, architecture and delivery partners while tracking value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap tied to business priorities and value.

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap with measurable value.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Translate validated needs into business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, and delivery with multiple teams and partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise scale.
