Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization across the US. You will govern investment strategy, roadmaps, and operating disciplines to manage a large portfolio, while leading Client Zero initiatives that link strategy with delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization, including governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, decision rights, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap combining business priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, capacity, risk, and value.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating needs into requirements, and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, e.g., ServiceNow, employee portals, case/knowledge management, workflow automation.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap, translating priorities into sequenced investments and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Create forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk, and value realization.
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, cost, risk, and realized value to guide scaling or retirement decisions.
• Align stakeholders on outcomes, requirements, constraints, quality expectations, and commitments.
• Translate validated needs into business cases, process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and post-launch reviews
